Star Mall, a corporation of FIBA Group and Turkmall, will complete construction of the center by mid-2011.

There will be a 5-star hotel, an ice rink, cinema, night club, and a Turkish bath at the center which will have a total investment value of 200 million USD.

FIBA Group Executive Board President, Husnu Ozyegin, told A.A correspondent that his company would carry out other projects in China.

Shenyang has a population of 7.2 million.
