Erdogan said that the factory was an investment worth of 28 million USD, and it had 80 personnel. He added that the factory would also employ 2,000 people.

Erdogan said that additional facilities would be built in the factory 15 months later.

Limak Holding Executive Board Chairman Nihat Ozdemir said that the factory would produce 400,000 tons of cement annually.

Ozdemir added that the factory would also export cement to Iran and Iraq.
