Turkish Olympic Team Returns From Beijing

Turkish Olympic team, which attended the 29th Olympic Games in Beijing, returned to Turkey early on Tuesday.

Turkey won a total of eight medals --one gold, four silver, three bronze-- and ranked the 37th among other participants countries.

A total of 68 Turkish athletes competed in 12 events.

2008 Beijing Olympic Games took place between August 8th and 24th.
