Turkish Cypriot President Arrives in Turkey

The Turkish Cypriot president arrived in the Turkish city of Istanbul on Wednesday.

President Mehmet Ali Talat of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) will visit Istanbul Chamber of Commerce and meet administrators of Kultur University.

Talat will also participate in a book promotion meeting of the Economic and Social Studies Foundation of Turkey (TESEV) in Istanbul.

TRNC President Talat is expected to proceed to Ankara on Thursday.
