Turkey's foreign minister met his Georgian counterpart in the Turkish city of Istanbul on Sunday.

The meeting between Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan and his Georgian counterpart Eka Tkeshelashvili took place at an office of the Prime Ministry in Istanbul.
The two ministers will debate recent developments in Georgia, regional matters, Turkish-Georgian relations, and the Caucasus Stability and Cooperation Platform--proposed by Turkey.
Babacan and Tkeshelashvili will hold a joint press conference after their meeting.
