New revolution in health system
The “Smart Card” practice that will quicken the process of the insured citizens and prevent the abuses, will be starting in Turkey’s Bolu city first.

The vice chairman of the Social Security Office of Turkey, Fatih Acar said “besides preventing the unfair benefits and abuses, this system is going to quicken the process of the insured people.Make their lives easier".
Acar also added that the practice of the “Smart Card” will start in Turkey’s Bolu city at first.
