However as the new balances in the world are formed nowadays, the main reason of the Queen's visit is what the position of Turkey is going to be in the new world order. In order to make a decision on this issue we have to start the analysis, not inside our country but outside. In general the EU is perceived as a unity in our country and we try to enter the EU.

However the EU is yet in the era of formation and possibly the result will not be a unification but a separation. I think that EU is consisted of two wings and one does not accept the control of the other. England, with the support of the global capital, thought to control the EU and considered Turkey on its own side.

Even if England supports the membership of our country, the project was unsuccessful after the German-French opposition. It does not seem possible that these two will accept the membership of Turkey on the side of England and it is understood that even if we fulfill all the necessities, if our country does not be on the side of these two countries, our EU membership will be obstacled as France makes our membership conditional on the public referandum.

The parties are trying to determine the side of Turkey and in a separated Europe they are trying to take Turkey on their side. On this issue it is understood that England is much more prior than the German-French sides and our country will be on the side of England if no other actor intervenes in between.

For this reason, this visit aims to declare the world that the Queen supports the political stracture in our country. Nowadays a change in the manner of our country in the region is observed. Our country that was not interested in the outside of our borders, now is in the tendency of becoming a regional power and this is both supported by America and the EU.

No doubt these powers want our country to expand our area of authority aiming to serve their own policies. We can summarize their targets as: Enabling a Turkey that does not contradict with the cultural, ideological and political aims and a Turkey that does not act out of their own will.

England has been planning by using its own political impact and the power that the global capital enabled in Turkey and by using this as a trump card against the USA, wants to increase its impact in the global scale.

France is after a similar efficiency by taking Turkey inside a Mediterranean Union Project.

America has to make a choice between two options. Either it will be effective in the Middle East and will negotiate with a mediator, namely England of France or will have a direct relationship with Turkey without any mediators.

Now it has been observed that England is outstanding among these alternatives. But it does not seem certain whether America is going to start a counter act against this project. But England's taking Turkey on its side will provide a strategical superiority for it.

It is also essential to look at the closure of AKP from this aspect.
