Life without smoke starts today
The countdown for the smoking ban in Turkey in closed areas has started.

The minister of Labour and Social Insurance Faruk Celik, said that first of all the cigaratte should be thrown out of the houses and bedrooms.


As the minister was answering the questions of the journalists on the smoking ban in the closed areas said, “ In the content of the law everyone should focus on this issue. So I believe that there is this conscious in our society. Our citizens have this conscious. We should initially take the cigarettes out of our houses and bedrooms. When we take the cigarette out of our offices and the common areas, we will respect the justice of each other.”

The minister answered another question of a journalist “ Will the members of the parliament obey this law?” saying that he does not think that there will be a problem in the parliament to obet this law. The minister finished his words saying, “ In the first a few days there can be some little troubles, but then I think that everything will be in order.”
