Tens of thousands of people flock Beyazit Square of Istanbul to protest the “ massacre” in Gaza. Thousands of people with the Palestinian flags in their hands gathered in front of the Beyazit Mosque.

Tens of thousands of people flock Beyazit Square of Istanbul to protest the “ massacre” in Gaza. Tens of thousands of people and members of the NGOs in order to protest the Israeli attacks on Gaza will start the protest after the noon prayer.

Not only from Istanbul but people out of the Istanbul gathered for the protest.

As thousands of people chant slogans against Israel, the Turkish writer and journalist Abdurrahman Dilipak started to make a speech.

In his speech Dilipak condemning the Israeli attacks said Israel hit Gaza’s 30 different points. He also added that Israel did not only hit those thirty points but the entire humanity in those points. "Stop this tyranny, do not be on the side of this tyranny. Oh mankind! Don’t be a partner of this tyranny” Dilipak said as the crowd t chants slogans.

Israeli flags burnt

The protestors burnt Israeli flags and wanted the Turkish government to close the Israeli embassies. The group also wanted the government to abolish the Israeli Frienship Group in the Turkish parliament. The first time in its history Beyazit Square witnessed such a crowded. Bush's puppet was also burnt during the protest.

 After Dilipak, the writer Ramazan Kayan started his speech protesting Israel and said " "Thousands of greetings to Gazans. We support the intifada to the end" 

The historical protest ended with the slogans chanted against Israel.
