Mustafa Durmaz, chairman of Goreme Tourism Development Center, told A.A correspondent that tourists, particularly from Japan, Spain, Germany, and the United States, not only visited the chimney rocks but at the same time were eager to learn Turkish culture. He said the tourists preferred to learn traditional and regional taste of the Turkish cuisine.

"Because of the interest of the tourists in Turkish cuisine, boarding houses and hotels present traditional meals for them," he said.
