Foreign exchange reserves of Turkish Central Bank up

Foreign exchange reserves of Turkish Central Bank rose to 78.9 million USD on August 1st, the bank said on Thursday.

The reserves were 78.5 million USD on July 25th, the bank said in its weekly bulletin.

Turkey paid back 250 million USD of foreign debt between August 1st and 6th, and 10.4 billion USD till the beginning of 2008.
